Vba excel validating data in cells

How can I make several columns required in the workbook? I don't know in advance how many rows the customer will make. That's working to get the text from A1 when B1 is blank. When a user clicks on a line in the listbox I want to automatically copy the text in the 3rd column of the selected line to the textbox.
So, basically I'm after: If column B has text, do nothing. Data validation is used in cell K2 to limit it to a set of values. I get this message three times, and once I am done clicking ok on all three of them, my spreadsheet works just fine.
